Meet the Artist: Peter Manning of "Water's Edges: Images and Illusions"

Acrylic painter Peter Manning, whose work is on display in the current exhibition Water's Edge: Images and Illusions, shares insights into his inspiration & artistic process! This North Vancouver artist is fascinated by the ever-changing aspects of reflection, light & movement viewable in waterscapes. His experience as a graphic designer & art director have greatly impacted his style & approach to painting, allowing him to interpret the natural beauty of shorelines with a colourful & graphic quality. Join us for an informal & intimate opportunity to meet the artist & ask him about his work. Manning will be in the gallery to celebrate Culture Days, a nation wide event celebrating Art & Culture.
