Governance

The West Vancouver Community Arts Council has been registered in British Columbia as a non-profit society since 1968, and in Canada as a registered charity since 1976. The Foundation is governed by its Constitution, its member-approved Bylaws, the BC Societies Act, and its Board of Directors. WVCAC's directors are volunteers, and serve for staggered 2-year terms.
