The Art Studios: Renewal

Renewal is an exhibition featuring work by The Art Studios artists & alumni: Rosemary Briggs, Colin C.L., Julian Kim, Colleen McNeil & Jaz Pawa, curated by Cate Curtis.  The Art Studios is a Mental Health and Addictions Unit of Vancouver Coastal Health that uses the creation of art as therapy. Each of these artists is familiar with the theme of Renewal & knows what it means to begin again after a period of illness, expressing their concept of Renewal through paintings & photography depicting everything from a spring leaf, an interpretation of the city around us, to a Buddha in mediation.
