Encounters: Stories & Music with Don Mowatt

While working as a radio documentary producer for 35 years at the CBC, writer & performer Don Mowatt had hundreds of encounters with colourful characters in extraordinary circumstances. Encounters is based on Mowatts' true tales of a bear, a family of skunks, ghosts, Haida artist Bill Reid, a famous theatrical artist in Paris, and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.

The tales are interspersed with performances of works by North Shore composer Michael Conway Baker by pianist Noel McRobbie & violinist Ken Lin.
