Experience the original artwork from the You Are Here 2023 Calendar featuring beautiful scenes & stories of the North Shore by artists: Tim Bennison, Joanne Frewer, Sue Johnson, Danyne Johnston, Lorena Krause, Robbie Hosegood, Shelley McDonald, Katie Rodgers, Kim Rosin, Elham Shiri, Erin Halla Shakespeare & Arabella Young.

These remarkable pieces capture a variety of styles from realistic to expressionist to semi-abstract; across a range of media including oil, watercolour, acrylic & mixed media.

Theses stunning works of art were used to create a 2023 calendar that is being used as a promotional & fundraising tool for the North Shore Culture Compass. Initiated by  North Van Arts, the Culture Compass is an interactive, online map showcasing the art & cultural diversity of the North Shore, including the City of North Vancouver, the District of North Vancouver, the District of West Vancouver, the Squamish Nation & the Tsleil-Waututh Nation.

Using the Culture Compass you can discover local arts & culture organizations, public art, festivals & events, destinations of cultural & natural heritage & so much more!

Opening Reception Thurs. Jan. 19, 5-7 pm
